Grant and Lynda are both Hawkes Bay born and bred and after a stint in Australia moved back home where Grant started a 25 year career in Radio – you may have heard his dulcet tones on Bay City Radio, Classic Hits, Easy Listening i or More FM. He still gets behind the microphone every now and then just to show the youngsters he still has it – even though he actually lost it years ago!
Radio took the family all around the country spending the majority of the 2000s in Auckland where Lynda began a very successful Real Estate career working for Ray White, Birkenhead. She has since been a high achiever for The Professionals Group on the Kapiti Coast and when the family returned to Napier in 2007, Lynda joined the team at Property Brokers. Grant joined the company in November 2009 after completing a three year stint as the Regional Programme Director for Media Works NZ.
Together The Baileys are a formidable team who combine their resources to offer a set of skills that cover business management, marketing expertise and of course many years of real estate sales consultation. The Baileys are without a doubt the team to talk to for an honest and reliable overview of the market place.

Entering the real estate industry in 2003, Lynda brought a wealth of personal experience in buying and selling property and a lifetime of knowledge in dealing with people and offering a service. Joined in partnership by her husband Grant in 2009, a further layer of experience and support to this real estate team has been added.
