We bought our present home 6 years ago from Grant Bailey. We had already sold our house in Auckland and had come down to see what was available. Richard had phoned and spoken to Grant and he had three houses for us to view. 13 Ngarimu Crescent had a good feel about it and we decided to buy the house.
